This feast contains Peanuts, Nuts, Celery, Milk, Sesame, Gluten, Soy and Sulphites. Made in a kitchen that handles all 14 allergens, including nuts.

About Master Stock Chicken

The Master Stock Chicken menu combines Asian and Middle Eastern cooking techniques to create a deliciously potent storm of flavour. Ramael Scully, Yotam Ottolenghi’s business partner at NOPI, is of Malaysian heritage and master stock chicken is from his family recipe. A firm NOPI favourite, the dish is made by poaching the baby chicken in a repeatedly reused stock (a ’master stock’) made with dark soy sauce, Chinese yellow rock sugar, mandarin, star anise and many other aromatic flavours. Part of the stock is later cooked down to create a glossy sauce that the chicken is served with.
